Established by the Raquette River Baking Co., Café Revue is our coffeeshop and lunch spot located inside of Book Revue. The menu includes gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups, daily smoothie and sandwich specials. Café Revue proudly serves specialty teas and Southdown Coffee.
Patrick Nolan, Owner and Chef, focuses on creating distinctive and original recipes, using only quality ingredients. Having first trained in the most valuable of arenas, his family kitchen, Patrick continued his culinary education attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and La Cuisine in Paris.
